This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy" or “Policy") is designed to provide transparency into wordbakery’s privacy practices and principles for information that we collect from General Users through our wordbakery app platform, mobile applications, our wordbakery Publishing services, and other general-audience sites and applications (“wordbakery General Site") The wordbakery General Site are owned and operated by wordbakery B.V. (referred to in this Policy as “wordbakery", “we", “our", or “us"). wordbakery B.V. (“wordbakery") is an entity incorporated under the laws of the United States of America. By using the wordbakery General Site, you agree to observe and be bound by this Privacy Policy and you consent to the processing, collection, use, and disclosure of your information and data in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. Please do not use the wordbakery Site if you do not agree to this Privacy Policy. 1. General information

All features on the wordbakery Site are available without the need for registration by Users. No personal data (such as email addresses and phone numbers) are requested from users. wordbakery may collect certain electronic data (such as the User’s IP address, cookies or device ID). When a User clicks to leave the wordbakery Site, wordbakery may try to inform the User that they are leaving the wordbakery Site and that this Privacy Policy will no longer apply. However, if any personal data will be collected by a third party content provider, wordbakery will contractually require that the processing of personal data by them in the context of a game complies with applicable data protection laws.

Like many websites and applications, this wordbakery Site makes use of “cookies" which are saved on the user’s computer. In addition, third party networks serving advertisements on the wordbakery Site (the “Advertisers") might use cookies. Cookies are a way of remembering who you are. Some of the third party games published on the wordbakery General Site do link out to third party websites. wordbakery uses technology and people to monitor these links for inappropriate content but it does not have full control over the third party games on the wordbakery App.

7. Sharing information

wordbakery may share your persistent identifiers with third parties such as business partners under the following circumstances: Security: We may release information about our Users, including IP address, when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation or to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing the wordbakery Site and applicable laws. We may also disclose such user information whenever we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of wordbakery, or any of our respective business partners, customers or others. Aggregate Information: We may disclose non-identifying, aggregated user statistics to third parties for a variety of purposes, including describing our services to prospective partners and other third parties. 8. Children Under 13

We have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. These include a firewall to prevent unauthorized access to our systems and maintenance of registration information in a separate database. Although we will exercise reasonable care in providing secure transmission of information between your computer and our servers, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to us over the Internet and we accept no liability for any unintentional disclosure. We may offer chat, user reviews, multi-player games, bulletin board, or other public functions and any posting by you is considered public information available to other users.
